Ohana Jam makes small batch jams and sauces using seasonal fruits of Hawaii. ʻOhana means “family” in Hawaiian. It also means “flower” in Japanese. The maker started out by making jam from surplus fruit from neighbors’ yards. Very sustainable. This “no waste” business is good for everybody: fruit tree owners, jam maker and customers who enjoy the jam.
Like a blooming flower, the maker hopes to spread delicious natural fruit jam made of Hawaiian fruit in all directions.
